• A resource primarily for our Contractors, Equipment Dealers & Equipment Rental clients to combat equipment theft and increase the recovery rate of stolen equipment.

• For a fee (listed below), Lawley clients register their equipment with NER's national database using specific ownership identification numbers. It also includes access to NER's network of investigators.

• Lawley clients notify NER when their equipment is stolen and it is displayed on NER's database.

• Insurers and law enforcement agencies (local, county, state, federal and border patrol) routinely check with NER's database to assist in their investigations and prior to allowing equipment to cross county, state or international borders.

• Several insurance companies offer a deductible waiver or premium discounts for insured's that have their equipment registered with NER (i.e.: Chubb, CNA, Fireman's Fund, Hanover, AIG, The Hartford, Ohio Mutual and RLI).

• Assists in reducing fraud and helps to lower loss ratios.

Lawley is a member partner with NER - so our clients receive a 20% discount from the standard fees.
