Jack was a Material Damage Claims Specialist for 1.5 years at National General Insurance. Here, Jack investigated the facts of loss, determined and verified coverage and liability, evaluated settlement value and settlement options and negotiated material damage claims at the direction of the manager. Jack also determined claim approval and/or denial up to $7,500 per exposure or $10,000 per file as well as determined subrogation or fraud potential.
