Karen began her career with the Rhoe B. Henderson agency in 1998 and soon, after discovering she loved the ever-changing challenges of the insurance world, she became a fully licensed agent in both personal and commercial insurance. She found a great deal of enjoyment in working with and helping all different types of people, as well as educating them in regards to their insurance needs.

As part of a joint venture with Lawley, Rhoe B. Henderson is now Lawley-Rhoe B. Henderson, where Karen currently works in Jamestown, NY.
