Keith has extensive experience in customer service, business operations, and management. He is a goal-oriented worker with proven history of increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Keith has over eight years of customer relation and management experience. The majority of Keith’s work experience comes from his family business, Roycroft Campus Antiques in East Aurora, NY, where he managed Estate Sales. While finishing his degree, Keith decided to change career paths and accepted a position with Yahoo!, working on their Yahoo! Finance product. At Yahoo!, he was responsible for compiling customer feedback, recommending service delivery improvements to management, and training new hire employees.

Bachelor of Science, Buffalo State College

MBA – Strategic Management, Niagara University

Community and Pro Bono:

Keith previously volunteered at Journey’s End Refugee Services and Buffalo State’s Community Academic Center as an adult ESL teacher and citizenship tutor.
