Kathleen specializes in employee benefits, compliance, federal mandates, alternative funding, and open enrollment. Her expertise in management practices has enabled the employee benefits department to expand and created growth agency-wide. Prior to Lawley, Kathleen was a vice president and broker at USI, an assistant vice president at Evans Bank, and held various roles at the Evans agency.

Education:

Kathleen earned a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College and a master’s degree in integrated marketing from St. Bonaventure University.

Community and Pro Bono:

Kathleen is involved in the community through the Matt Urban Hope Center, Junior Achievement, is an executive board member for the Harmonia Collaborative Care, and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Buffalo.
