Patti has 40+ years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning her career right out of high school. Patti reviews, markets, and negotiates commercial insurance coverage for clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology industries.

Experience:

Patty was hired right out of high school in 1980 by a local insurance agency, Costello Agency, where she was responsible for personal insurance client service. Later in her career she became interested in commercial insurance, specifically the marketing division. Throughout the next 27 years, her company was acquired by First Niagara, Key Bank, and finally USI Insurance Services, LLC. During this time she worked in commercial marketing specifically in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology industries.
