Employers with health plans that provide prescription drug coverage to individuals who are eligible for Medicare part D are required to disclose annually to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) whether or not their prescription drug coverage is creditable. The disclosure is completed online on the CMS website and is due within 60 days after the beginning of the plan year (March 1, 2025 for calendar year plans).
