Heather understands the importance of working with farm owners to get the proper protection on their homes, business property, and crops to prevent financial devastation. Heather previously held the role of business insurance crop lead at Lawley and joined Lawley when Southcott Agency Inc. merged with Lawley in 2022. With Southcott Agency Inc., Heather held the roles of office administrator, insurance producer, and office manager.

Prior to Lawley, Heather was the owner and manager of a farm market and greenhouse retail/wholesale business for 15 years. She also brings experience selling Medicare insurance and life insurance.

Community and Pro Bono:

Heather volunteers for Kinderfarmin, an event sponsored by the Genesee County Farm Bureau, which helps kids connect the ideas of food and farming. She also volunteers with various local churches and fire departments throughout her community.
