As an employee benefits account executive, Jon specializes in carrier relations, self-funding, stop-loss insurance, and open enrollment management.

Experience:

Jon has been in the benefits industry since 2017. He maintains strong client relationships and resolves challenging benefit issues for large employers. Jon manages all aspects of client servicing, including annual renewal strategic planning, compliance services,
plan design comparisons, employer contribution analyses, carrier communication, open enrollment activities, and plan implementation.

Jon’s experience working with self-funded employers and collectively bargained environments allows him to bring a high level of strategic service to clients. Prior to joining Lawley, Jon was a Client Manager at Gallagher, an insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm.
