As a configuration analyst, Tony specializes in employee benefits,
technology implementation, and training.

Experience:

With 10+ years of experience, Tony manages the configuration of benefit administration platforms for new and renewal clients. He oversees plan setup, the integration of applicable products, and the configuration of benefits details specific to client needs. He communicates any functionality needs and serves as a leader to fellow members of the technology team for best practices.

Prior to Lawley, Tony held the roles of people and client manager at a benefits technology company.

Tony holds a NYS Life, Accident, and Health License.

Education:

Tony  earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Honors:

Tony was awarded the CEO Circle Award, which acknowledges individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company as well as live out company values.
Tony was one of forty individuals who received this award throughout North America.

Community and Pro Bono:

Tony is involved with the Spinal Muscular Atrophy Research Team (SMART) in Buffalo, N.Y.
