Justin joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.

Prior to Lawley, Justin was a consultant for an insurance agency and worked in the financial industry for several Fortune 500 companies.

Justin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven.
