With 25+ years of experience, Rob effectively develops relationships with clients to mitigate their risk exposure and tackle their insurance challenges. Rob combines an excellent understanding of the insurance marketplace with an analysis of client needs to provide sound options and alternatives. Rob joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023. He has been an insurance agent since 1998 and an independent agency owner since 2000. Rob was the past Executive Vice President of Shoff Darby Insurance Agency and currently serves as partner and sales manager of the southern region, managing 20+ salespeople in four offices.

Rob is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
