As a client service specialist, Lauren specializes in employee benefits,
carrier relationships, and customer service.
With 5+ years of experience, Lauren ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers on the key team. With the support of an account executive, she manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages.
Prior to Lawley, Lauren gained extensive experience in employee benefits administration, managing benefits programs and handling internal HR responsibilities. This background provided her with a valuable understanding of industry processes, policies, and regulations, which she leverages in her role at Lawley.
Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree from University at Buffalo.
Lauren volunteered with AmeriCorps, a national service program, where she dedicated over 900 hours assisting at-risk students in the Special Education Department at Pembroke Jr./Sr. High School.
