In 2015, the New York State Association of Service Stations & Repair Shops, Inc. is proud to declare a dividend for the Workers Compensation Group #536 of 20%. This will be the 23rd consecutive year that the group will pay the dividend. This dividend is in addition to the up front 20% discount that all members could enjoy.

The New York State Association of Service Stations & Repair Shops (NYSASSRS) has endorsed Lawley Insurance as their workers compensation safety program representative for auto repair shop insurance in New York. Established in 1991, some of the benefits of this program include:

  • 10% service fee
  • 20% dividend (based on group claim experience)
  • Low New York State assessment fee of 9.2%
  • Program is underwritten by the New York State Insurance Fund

Who is NYSASSRS?

NYSASSRS is the New York State Association of Service Stations and Repair Shops. They represent Independent Automotive Service Stations and Repair Shops throughout New York State. They are comprised of five affiliated groups and their affiliates represent over 3,500 members across NYS.
