In his role, Patrick focuses on clients with more than 100 employees. He serves as the hub between Lawley’s Benefit Consultants and internal support staff to manage all aspects of a client’s benefits needs including renewals, carrier interaction, benefits implementation, and employee education meetings.

Experience:

Patrick came to Lawley in 2015 as an Employee Benefits Account Executive and was promoted to Employee Benefits Client Relationship Manager in 2019. Prior to joining Lawley, Patrick spent the majority of his career at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York where over a 13-year period he held a variety of account management, marketing/communications, and product development positions.

BA – Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College
