On October 2, 2020, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued guidance that extends the due date for furnishing forms 1095-C to individuals from February 1, 2021 to March 2, 2021.  The due date for filing the forms with the IRS did not change and remains March 1, 2021, or March 31, 2021, if filing electronically.
