As a client service specialist, Amanda specializes in employee benefits, claims, and customer service. Amanda ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers on the Signature team. With the support of an account executive, she manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages. Amanda was previously a client service specialist on the Key team at Lawley
Prior to Lawley, Amanda worked 10+ years in various customer service roles, where gained extensive knowledge of healthcare products, patient benefits, insurance verifications, and claims processing. Most recently, Amanda worked as a customer service representative at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Amanda earned an associate’s degree from Erie Community College.
