Andy possesses expertise in health care reform and its potential impact on employer health plans. He has helped companies from various industries navigate the Affordable Care Act by assisting with the creation of internal compliance processes to relieve the ACA administrative burden while allowing them to stay compliant. Andy’s operations background and experience managing Lawley’s Third Party Administration department gives him the experience and expertise to positively affect client’s operational efficiencies. Along with operational efficiencies, he also provides clients with the tools, education and ongoing consultation to meet each group’s benefit goals and objectives.

Andy’s employee benefits industry expertise in self-funded prescription (Rx) and latest industry trends allows him to bring a high level of consultative services and cost-control initiatives to his clients. He was an early adopter of the private benefits exchange concept and has successfully implemented Lawley’s proprietary private benefits exchange, at multiple clients as a way to effectively control costs, improve operational efficiencies and provide employees with greater choice.

In 2022, Andy was promoted to Sales Practice Leader for both Lawley’s Jamestown and Dunkirk offices. He will lead efforts to bring Lawley’s services across Chautauqua county and the rest of the Southern Tier.
