As an owner and principal of Lawley, Bill oversees the day-to-day property & casualty operations of the agency and plays a critical role in negotiating and implementing competitive and innovative programs for key clients, including oversight of accounts in the manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, education, and healthcare practice groups. He is among the top producers in the Lawley organization.
Experience:
Bill has over 35 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. Under Bill’s leadership, Lawley has expanded to 11 locations across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Lawley consistently ranks among the Top 100 National Insurance Brokers listed annually in Business Insurance Magazine.
Accreditations:
Bill holds NYS Property & Casualty Agents, Brokers and Excess & Surplus lines licenses and nonresident licenses in all other states.
Education:
Bill has a bachelor of science degree from St. Bonaventure University.
Community and Pro Bono:
Bill is passionate about community involvement and promotes this core value throughout the entire Lawley footprint. Bill has served as a member of the following boards: United Way of Buffalo and Erie County, chairing the 2007 campaign, the Catholic Diocese Foundation, Catholic Health Systems, St. Benedict’s Parish, Canisius High School, and St. Bonaventure University.
