With 10+ years of experience, Carrie maintains carrier relationships, conducts consultative conversations, and possesses extensive knowledge in establishing and recommending desired coverage by lines of business. She manages renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals, and other insurance documents within designated timelines.

Prior to Lawley, Carrie spent over a decade honing her expertise in business and personal insurance. With nearly 20 years of customer service experience and a background in claims, Carrie brings a well-rounded and client-focused approach to her role on the specialty team.

Carrie is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), a NY Notary Public, holds a PA Property & Casualty License, and a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.

Education:

Carrie earned a bachelor’s degree and associate’s degree from Jamestown Business College.
