About:

Charlene is responsible for the training of new associates as well as the ongoing training of the Personal Insurance team. In addition to training, Charlene also manages report production and various projects for the department and is the Personal Insurance expert for systems and procedures.

Experience:

Charlene has worked in the insurance industry since 1996 and joined Lawley in 2012. One year later, Charlene was promoted to Personal Insurance Training Specialist. Prior to joining Lawley, Charlene held the Personal Insurance Trainer position at First Niagara Risk Management, Inc. for 5 years.
