Chelsea began her career in the benefits and insurance industry in 2015
and has built a strong foundation of expertise in the field.

Experience:

As the Manager of Benefit Analysts at Lawley, Chelsea oversees a team that works with carriers to secure comprehensive plan proposals in response to requests from service team managers and members. She builds strong industry relationships with carriers and vendors and collaborates closely with service managers to uphold high standards of service and excellence.

Prior to Lawley, Chelsea gained valuable experience as a Benefits Marketer at Vanner Insurance Agency, where she worked directly with insurance carriers to craft customized proposals for clients. Her ability to build strong industry relationships is key to exceeding client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Accreditations:

Chelsea holds a New York State Life, Accident, and Health license, as well as several distinguished designations, including Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS), and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).

Education:

Chelsea earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Community and Pro Bono:

In addition to her professional role, Chelsea is committed to community involvement. She serves on the President’s Council for the BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund, a privately funded organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for children in Western New York.
