As a client service specialist, Ellen specializes in employee benefits,
technology platforms, and customer service.

Experience:

With 10+ years of experience, Ellen ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers. With the support of an account executive, she manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages.

Prior to Lawley, Ellen held various roles in the employee benefits space, including insurance navigator, service specialist, client manager, project manager, community relations intern, and account services intern. She brings almost a decade of benefits experience from a national consulting firm, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), where she worked as a client marketplace manager and project manager.

Education:

Ellen earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Niagara University.
