In 1989, he changed his career path, obtained an insurance license, and joined a start-up agency. Nine years later, he joined Lawley as a partner and specializes in high-net-worth personal insurance. Chip is responsible for managing the staff, sales team, and operations of his branch while also assisting businesses and families with their insurance needs. He believes that anyone is a potential client, no matter the size of the account, and treats each person with a very hands on approach.
