About:

Grace came to Lawley in 2019 after receiving her Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. In her role Grace assists with the preparation of detailed benefit comparisons, coordinates client presentations, follows up on requests for information, and assists client’s during their open enrollment meetings. She also acts as a liaison between the client and carrier for billing, claim issues and membership questions.

Experience:

Prior to joining Lawley, Grace served as a Graduate Assistant for the Management Department at St. Bonaventure University. Additionally, she interned for the Dream It Do It of WNY organization which focuses on providing STEAM opportunities to students in the 5 counties of WNY.

Accreditations:

While at Lawley, Grace has been able to earn her New York State Life, Accident & Health License, and her Group Benefits Disability Specialist Designation.
