Jaime joined the Lawley team in 2021 as a personal insurance account manager. Jaime started her insurance career with another local independent agency where she spent 5 years as a personal insurance customer center account manager. Prior to obtaining my NYS P&C brokers license, she worked in banking for 13 years.
Experience:
Jaime worked at Tompkins Insurance Agency from 2016-2021 as a customer care center account manager, where she handled all personal insurance clients within the Tompkins footprint. Jamie also worked at Five Star Bank from 2006-2016 as a teller supervisor and commercial loan service specialist. Among her duties as a commercial loan service specialist, Jaime would track insurance on items used as collateral on commercial loans. Jaime was also a Beneficial Finance from 2003-2005, where she processed and wrote consumer loan products.
