Jim is responsible for recruiting new clients and continually provides and expands our value added services to our existing customers. His personal experiences in real estate and construction help him in negotiating and implementing extremely competitive and innovative programs for key clients in those industries.
He has expertise in constructing business insurance programs as well as captive insurance programs for the construction, national association and real estate industries along with nonprofit and manufacturing organizations.

Jim brings over 30 years of experience to his clients to help with their risk management needs. With experience in creating standard insurance programs as well as captive insurance programs, Jim is able to find the best solution for each company’s individual needs.
Jim’s entry into the insurance industry was when he joined his family-owned agency in 1981. In 1997, he became president and expanded the agency into all lines of insurance. Seeing the need to expand even further, in 2007 Jim merged the agency with Lawley and became a partner in their Rochester branch location.
