Experience:

With 25+ years of experience, Jamie provides superior customer service and ensures effective working relationships with current and prospective clients. Jamie works with teams across Lawley’s footprint, providing motivation, training, and direction for her teams to create an environment that focuses on both our clients and our associates.

Prior to Lawley, Jamie was a receptionist and account manager at Costello, Dreher, Kaiser Insurance Agency which merged with First Niagara Risk Management. At First Niagara Risk Management, Jamie was a personal insurance operations manager.

Accreditations:

Jamie holds a NYS Property & Casualty Brokers License. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance – Management (AAI-M), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and has earned the Accredited Customer Service designation (ACSR).

Industry Affiliations:

Jamie was selected for and served as Co-Chair of the Travelers Personal Lines Producer Council. She also participated in the Hanover Prestige Agency Council.
