With the support of an account executive, she manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages. Janey was previously a business insurance account associate at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Janey worked several years in the hospitality and daycare industries, building a strong foundation in customer service and care.
