About:

Jody has been working in the Personal Insurance field since 1988. She began as a Receptionist and worked her way to being a Customer Service Representative. She then transferred into the agency side of the business in 2007. In 2013, Jody joined the Lawley team as a Personal Insurance Account Manager and has now become a Prestige Account Technician.

Jody specializes in the customer service field for Lawley’s Personal Insurance team. She is now in a technical position where she checks the new business and renewals as they come in. Jody also works to process the changes from carriers and builds great working relationships across the marketplace. She is in charge of checking the policies and changes for accuracy. In addition, Jody has also been in an Account Manager role, resulting in her understanding the entire process of insuring a customer. Jody’s extensive knowledge is useful to clients and her team members.
