He works closely with employers to understand their business and build a comprehensive program that results in the most cost-effective alternatives and administrative efficiencies.
With his extensive knowledge on the Affordable Care Act, John provides employers with the guidance and tools needed to remain compliant. He leads numerous speaking engagements on the critical aspects of health care reform which helps keep employers well-versed on regulatory issues and benefit trends.
As a trusted advisor, John led the formation of health insurance trusts specific to not-for-profit organizations and the manufacturing industry. John provides these member-driven consortiums with strategic planning, plan and financial analyses, alternatives, plan implementation and on-going monitoring of their benefits program.
In addition, John possesses expertise in high deductible health plans, medical savings accounts and cafeteria plan design and implementation.
Prior to joining the Lawley Employee Benefits division in 2003, John worked at P&A Group as an Employee Benefits Consultant.
