Judy specializes in interpreting and conveying the intricacies of complex legislation, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their obligations and how to implement them effectively. Additionally, she conducts ERISA and welfare benefit plan compliance audits, providing clients with valuable insights and actionable recommendations to strengthen their compliance programs.
Judy’s deep knowledge and proactive approach make her a trusted resource for clients navigating the challenges of compliance, offering clarity and confidence in their operations.
Judy brings over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources and compliance, having held prominent leadership roles in both areas. Prior to Lawley, she served as Compliance Officer for Bank of America and as Human Resources Manager for Firstsource Advantage and American Coradius, where she honed her expertise in regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and employee relations.
Judy earned a bachelor’s degree from University at Buffalo, further solidifying her strong foundation in strategic and operational management.
