He provides creative insurance products and risk management techniques to developers, builders, and owners of multifamily housing projects. Justin analyzes their current portfolios and helps to create a tailored insurance program that maximizes coverage and minimizes risk.

At Lawley, Justin’s specialties include real estate insurance, market rate apartment insurance, low income housing tax credit properties, historic tax credit properties, condominium association insurance, general contractors & trade contractors’ insurance, professional liability insurance, and real estate. He counsels existing clients in Buffalo and Batavia, as well as consults for new business, personal, and benefit insurance accounts in surrounding areas.
