Kevin provides oversight of the Lawley client service team with a specific emphasis on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, cost-control strategies, carrier negotiations, funding strategies, and financial analyses. He works with organizations managing one of their largest expenses – medical insurance.
Experience:
With Lawley for 15+ years, Kevin specializes in employee benefits and alternative health insurance funding arrangements for clients in the upstate western New York area. As partner, he mentors other employee benefits consultants. Kevin previously held the role of employee benefits consultant and brings experience from Unum, where he was a senior account executive responsible for the acquisition of new business for group products including disability coverage, long-term care insurance, life insurance, supplemental health, and critical illness benefits.

Kevin holds a NYS Life, Accident, and Health license.
Education:
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College.
Community and Pro Bono:
Kevin is involved with Saint Rita’s Catholic Church and is a former board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
