As the Director of People Strategy, Kim oversees all areas of recruitment, compliance, learning and development, and performance management.

Experience:

Kim became Lawley’s first recruiter in 2013 and is skilled in human resource management. With 20+ years of experience, Kim oversees all recruitment and career development initiatives across all of Lawley’s footprint. Prior to Lawley, Kim sold staffing services throughout the City of Buffalo and all of Erie County.

Industry Affiliations:

Kim is a member of the Western New York National Human Resource Association, the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association, the Society for Human Resource Management.

Education:

Kim earned an associate’s degree from Alfred State College.

Community and Pro Bono:

Kim is on the holiday committee for the village of East Aurora.
