Kristen has five years of experience in the insurance industry. This experience includes a background in auto, homeowners and general liability. She has an extensive background handling personal auto claims as well as reviewing different policy coverages and determining liability.

Experience:

Kristen started her career in insurance five years ago at Travelers Insurance. She started as a CSR, setting up personal insurance claims for two years. She then moved into the role of a Claims Analyst, where she handled clear liability auto claims. In this role, Kristen contacted customers for statements, reviewed policy coverages/endorsements, determined liability and handled payments. Before Travelers, Kristen worked in the legal field as a Legal Assistant in a foreclosure firm.
