As a client relationship manager, Laura specializes in employee benefits,
account management, communication, sales, and customer service.
Experience:
Laura has been with Lawley for 10+ years and successfully develops
and maintains relationships with current and potential clients.
Most recently as an employee benefits client relationship manager,
Laura was a liaison between partners, benefits consultants, medical
marketing account managers, underwriting, health management
strategists, and claims analysts. Laura also provided leadership
and technical guidance to provide excellent customer service to all
accounts. Laura brings 15+ years of experience from previous roles
in pharmaceutical and business sales.

Laura is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist, a Voluntary Benefits
Specialist, and holds a Life, Accident, & Health License.
Education:
Laura earned bachelors degrees in management and marketing
from John Carroll University.
Community and Pro Bono:
Laura is actively involved in many community organizations. Laura serves as Class Chair for the Leadership Buffalo Class of 2018, is a Board Member for John Carroll Alumni Buffalo Chapter, and is a member of the Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle. Laura also volunteers for several organizations, including Meals on Wheels, ConnectLife, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Williamsville Schools, and St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy.
