Lauren has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2012, she joined Lawley as an Account Manager and then transitioned to a Prestige Account Executive. She is dedicated to building relationships, educating and informing clients regarding exposures, coverage and risk control options. She prides herself on maintaining established service timelines to ensure exceptional customer service.
Experience:
Lauren began her insurance career at Allstate in 1998. In 2002, she joined First Niagara Risk Management where she spent 10 years developing her knowledge of insurance. She specialized in personal insurance sales and service and instructed Defensive Driver courses. Lauren holds her New York State Brokers License and attends continuing education courses to strengthen her knowledge of products and coverage available to her clients.
