With 5+ years of experience, Lauren ensures effective working relationships with key accounts to provide her clients with the best possible options for employee benefits.
She manages communication and serves as a liaison between carriers and her clients. Lauren works with fellow members of the key account service team to ensure collaboration.

Lauren was previously an employee benefits account executive and employee benefits client service specialist.

Prior to Lawley, Lauren held roles at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York
and Fidelis Care.

Accreditations:

Lauren holds a NYS Life, Accident, and Health License
and is a Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS).

Community and Pro Bono:

Outside of Lawley, Lauren has served as a cheerleading coach
for Orchard Park High School for 10+ years.
