Lisa manages an assigned book of business including renewals, endorsements, binders, ID cards, Evidence of Property Insurance (EPI), certificates, summaries and other insurance documents in accordance with established guidelines. She works within designated timelines providing superior customer service to retain clients and routinely conduct consultative conversations with clients and prospects.

Experience:

Lisa has been in the insurance industry for 25+ years. She started her career in 1994 when she became a personal insurance account manager and began developing relationships with her clients.

The majority of her experience is in the personal insurance field where she has worked for Boyle Insurance Agency, Scheff Insurance, and the Gugino Insurance Agency. The previous 3 years of her career has been in business insurance where she serviced professional liability polices for chiropractors, naturopaths, and acupuncturist and managed business owners insurance, workers’ compensation, E&O, and business auto policies.
