As an employee benefits manager of key accounts, Marcy specializes in medical benefits,
carrier relationships, and strategy development.

Experience:

With 20+ years of experience, Marcy oversees the key account service team, managing workflow, assignment distribution, and providing coaching and resources to ensure positive client outcomes. She serves as the primary contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, benefit consultants, and agency personnel. Marcy works closely with internal teams to identify and develop strategic solutions, utilizing recommended processes and ensuring proactive management of service calendars.

Prior to Lawley, Marcy held various roles in the medical benefits and sales industry, where she managed teams, led service programs, and developed strong relationships with clients.

Accreditations:

Marcy is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.

Education:

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University and a master’s degree from Canisius University.

Community and Pro Bono:

Marcy is fluent in Ukrainian and volunteers as a translator for Ukrainian families relocating to the United states through a local organization.
