As a business insurance assistant account manager, Marty specializes in business insurance, relationship building, and customer service.

Experience:

Marty develops summaries, certificates, policies, proposals, and completes coverage reviews for the Business Insurance Large Lines Team. He serves as a liaison between carriers and clients to ensure his clients receive the best possible options. Marty was previously an administrative assistant at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Marty worked in the customer service industry as a guest services supervisor for the Westin Buffalo Hotel. He utilizes his expertise in luxury customer service to further support Lawley’s business insurance department.

Marty earned a bachelor’s degree from University at Buffalo.
