As an employee benefits client service specialist, Mary Beth provides client support in the areas of carrier communication, plan implementation, and annual renewals.

Experience:

With 25+ years of experience, Mary Beth works closely with client relationship managers and account executives to elevate the overall client relationship to foster a positive experience. Mary Beth brings expert expertise in human resources with a concentration in benefits and payroll and began her career as a client service specialist. Prior to joining Lawley, Mary Beth was a client service manager at the Alera Group.

Accreditations:

Mary Beth holds a New York State Life, Accident, & Health License, an AHIP Medicare certification, and a Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS).

Education:

She earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and a master’s in human resources management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Community and Pro Bono:

Mary Beth is actively involved in her church, where she sits on the board, is involved in outreach ministries, and is a member of music and hospitality committees.
