As an employee benefits account executive, Matthew specializes in employee benefits,
life insurance, disability insurance, and customer service.

Matthew works with carriers on behalf of his clients, overseeing the preparation of annual renewals, plan analysis, and reporting for the enterprise team. In addition, he coordinates compliance and legislative services, wellness initiatives, open enrollment, and plan implementation.

Experience:

Matthew was previously an employee benefits client service specialist at Lawley.
Prior to Lawley, Matthew spent several years as a financial services professional,
and also served in the United States Marine Corps.

Accreditations:

Matthew holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License, is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), and a certified First Responder/EMT.

Honors:

While working at MassMutual, Matthew was named Rookie of the Year in 2018
and recognized as a 3-Year Rising Leader in 2019.

Community and Pro Bono:

He is a member of the Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) program through the
Amherst Chamber of Commerce.
