Maureen oversees and mentors a team of Client Service Specialists, ensuring both internal and external customers’ needs are met. She evaluates work flows and identifies ways to streamline processes. Additionally, Maureen manages Lawleys Compliance and Retirement areas and provides expertise in plan implementation, annual renewals and open enrollment.

Experience:

Maureen joined LBG as a Client Service Specialist in September 2008. Maureen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and employee benefits along with extensive outside sales and management experience. She previously worked for both BlueCross BlueShield of WNY and Univera.
