As a Employee Benefits Client Relationship Manager, Michelle manages service and strategic initiatives for large groups, including plan analysis, annual renewals, benefit changes, plan implementation, and open enrollment. She facilitates presentations, develops strong working relationships, and has a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, Medicare, and COBRA laws.

Experience:

Prior to joining Lawley Benefits Group, Michelle worked for BlueCross BlueShield of WNY where she managed small and large group employer accounts. Michelle began her career in the benefits industry in 2004 and joined Lawley Benefits Group in February 2017 and has excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
