Prior to joining Lawley Benefits Group, Michelle worked for BlueCross BlueShield of WNY where she managed small and large group employer accounts. Michelle began her career in the benefits industry in 2004 and joined Lawley Benefits Group in February 2017 and has excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
