About:

Nancy is responsible for managing the Technology Solutions team of the employee benefits department. Nancy and her team are responsible for the introduction, maintenance and education of the online enrollment platforms available to clients, as well as facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a good client experience.

Experience:

Nancy previously held the position of the Enterprise Accounts Manager, where she managed the staff that serviced small groups under 100 employees. In that position, Nancy oversaw the financial, business processes and customers of the department. Prior to that, Nancy was an Account Executive, where she serviced Enterprise Accounts and helped develop the Lawley Marketplace.
