As a client service specialist, Nicole specializes in employee engagement and education, compliance and fiduciary governance, and customer service.

Experience:

Nicole ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers within the Lawley Retirement Advisors team. She supports a book of business managed by an account executive by requesting plan information, coordinating plan/design changes and facilitates employee education meetings.

Prior to Lawley, Nicole held many customer service roles including assistant manager and office coordinator.

Accreditations:

Nicole holds a NYS Life, Accident, and Health License, a Bloomberg Market Concepts Real Estate License, and a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).

Education:

Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo.

Nicole supports The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
