As director of personal insurance, Paul is responsible for a team of 70+ professionals
operating across branch locations in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Experience:

With 40+ years of experience, Paul has extensive expertise in personal insurance,
asset protection, and risk management.

Prior to Lawley, Paul was Executive Vice President for First Niagara Risk Management
and worked with the Costello, Dreher, Kaiser Insurance Corp. before the organization
merged with First Niagara Risk Management.

Accreditations:

Paul has the accreditations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU),
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and has a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.

Education:

Paul attended Syracuse University.

Honors:

Paul was recognized as the Insurance Person of the Year
by the Independent Insurance Agents of Monroe County (IIAMC) in 2004.

Community and Pro Bono:

Extensively involved in the community, Paul is the past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Monroe County (IIAMC) and has served on the National Producers Council for Kemper Preferred, Travelers Insurance Company’s National Personal Lines Council, and the Safeco Insurance Advisory Council.

Paul received an advanced coaching certification from USA Hockey and has been a youth hockey and soccer coach in the Rochester area for 10+ years.
