He provides safety consulting for middle and large market clients, conducting site assessments, training on OSHA programs, and recommending safety improvements. Paul develops policies, acts as an outsourced safety director, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages external vendors, all while maintaining strong client relationships. Paul was previously a Loss Control Consultant at Lawley and brings 30+ years of experience as a professional firefighter to his role.

Paul is a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), an OSHA Outreach Instructor, a Fire Inspector, and an Accident Investigation Technician.
